Cancelation Policy

You may cancel or terminate your Loan Agreement with ZAMO by settling it in full at any time, with or without notice, by paying the settlement value to Us in accordance with Section 125 of the Act.

Although the authority and mandate for your Debit Order/Debicheck may be cancelled, such cancellation will not cancel your Loan Agreement

General matters

These terms may be updated from time to time and you are bound by the current terms each time you access the website.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

South African law governs these terms. Breaching these terms entitles ZAMO to take legal action without notice.
